Really friendly and camera with good personal suggestions! I was unsure if I should go for Gold or silver but Umeima was so sweet and helped me try on different ones. Also she was clean that she only wanted to help but no pressure to buy which I felt was nice as it didn't feel as stressed. After getting myself some rings and a gift for my Mother i was very satisfied with my purchase 😊💕 The free gift bags were really nice also since it gave me the opportunity to take some silver ones aswell🌟

This store has indeed original and interesting jewellery. However, the saleswomen will make you proudly believe that everything is made in Italy. But I had my doubts when I saw the prices. How could you make in Italy rather nice rings, earrings of necklaces for 12 €? Don't be fooled. Obviously, these are not made in Italy. In fact, they have in the store little signs in very small prints that indicate the origin of the jewellery. They actually come from Madagascar, India and China. Not only the raw material but the signs indicate, for example, "Made in Madagascar". If you want authentic Italian jewellery I would not recommend this store.
We bought a ring at the shop and Sonu was super kind and helpful! Talked us through all the metals and helped choosing the right size! I strongly recommend visiting if you wang a cute and dustainable jewelry souvenir from Venice!!

I came across Vestopazzo on a morning stroll through Venice. I couldn’t resist buying some beautiful gifts to take home to Australia as well as a little treat for myself, too. Very unique artisan handmade jewellery. I could have spent all day trying the gorgeous pieces on. Sonu was a sweety! Could not have been more helpful. Ieri ho fatto acquisti presso questo negozio. Adoro i gioielli Vestopazzo e anche ieri ho trovato, e acquistato, alcuni gioielli veramente belli ed eleganti. Aggiungo inoltre che il personale è molto gentile, competente e simpatico : Sonu in particolare mi ha seguita dandomi utili consigli per l’acquisto ma anche informazioni tecniche sui prodotti, Luciana invece mi ha insegnato come pulire i prodotti utilizzando il sacchetto con cui vengono consegnati i prodotti. In sintesi : gioielli top … come pure il personale !!!
