Absolute nightmare, the staff is successful at declining sales rate. The minute you enter the shop you become a theft in their eyes. Very unacceptable and not professional! I have my own business as well and my workers WOULD NEVER behave like this to the clients. The store also has jewerly upstairs, but consider that well because once you are upstairs, the worker will literally RUN the stairs to come after you to make sure you are not stealing. Then proceeded to look at every your move. This is ridiculous! I understand that they have to keep an eye on it, but this behavior is way over the top and is too much. Really made me uncomfortable, I wanted to buy a gift for myself because I’ve already bought one in Vestopazzo Fontana di Trevi, but not anymore. I have never had problems like this in my life. I also recommend the staff to look after Vestopazzo Fontana di Trevi workers’ behavior, they were very nice and professional unlike del Corso 488.

Personale disgustoso. Se c'è un piano di sotto e uno ci va pensando che sia accessibile non avete nessun motivo per urlargli contro. Perlopiù ti seguono come delle zanzare come se sembra che stai per rubare qualcosa. Pessima esperienza.
